Located right in the heart of old town Prague this property takes your breath away the second you walk in. The cleaning sraff is on point each and every day replemishing room with fresh bath and hand towels. As well as all soaps and such. We literally felt like our hotel room was inside a castle. This property offers breakfast hosted by the Deer Restaurant and its one of the best we have had. The restaurant is elegant, and the meals they serve for lunch and dinner are to die for. The staff is there to take care of all your needs and they do every single time. We went for a night cap in the bar area every night of our stay. Most nights there were as a gentleman playing piano. It was beautiful, it was romantic it was perfect.

Restaurant was fabulous with absolutely gorgeous food very reasonably priced. Our desserts looked like a Michelin starred event. The hotel location is perfect, so close to the square and all the star attractions of the Old Town and Prague. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Prague and would highly recommend it to anyone. All staff were very helpful, pleasant and polite and spoke excellent English.

The room was decorated really well. But the bath room was a bit old fashioned, it was hard to adjust the temperature for the shower as there were two separate taps one for hot and one for cold. If you get a room facing the street it can be noisy from the outside and also noise from other rooms. It is an old building. If you’re a light sleeper this is something to keep in mind.
